Yuliya AlagirArtist and Interior ART DesignerYuliya Alagir, known professionally as Alagir, a Calgary-based International Artist and Art Interior Decorator. She recently relocated to Canada from Central Asia. Alagir is an active internationally-recognized artist who fulfills her passion through two- and three-dimensional pieces of art and design.
From an early age, Alagir experimented with her parents’ home walls and home accessories such as vases, garden pots, table lamps and picture frames. She was “born with a paintbrush in her hands” and raised in a family of construction engineers and architects. Alagir spent considerable time with her mother and aunts learning the construction business firsthand. In her 20s, she found a way to combine art and design into unique and extraordinary decoration solutions. Alagir works with Architects and Interior Designers on residential and commercial projects and creates customized remodeling solutions for clients. |
